Learners with SEN have regular opportunities to formulate their own outcomes for their SEN Support Plan through discussions with staff. Learners with SEN are also representatives on our School Council.
The Pastoral Team work closely with young people throughout the school day to support their social and emotional needs. All staff and learners, to resolve conflict and to enable pupil voice, use the Restorative Approach.
